We are responsible with every delivery. For physical products, contact us immediately, for a full refund or to re-send the physical product | For commission refunds, each phase will reset the time by 1 month, after reaching the COLORING phase you cannot request a refund. If during refund phase you ask for a refund before I show the color phase, you will get full refund and the previous phase of the art piece (Ex. You ordered a Color piece, you refund after the outline phase, you will get you Clean Up piece instead).
